President’s Message

It is an honour and privilege that we accept the responsibility to lead this mighty and great organisation that has stood the test of time. We are greatful and indebted to our founding men and women who dedicated their time and resources for the success we are experiencing today. Our task is to be relevant to the current challenges facing the profession.

We intend to bring all EHPs under our banner, support students in training institutions, continue to be relevant and fully participate in influencing policy and environmental practice by our members . We will be continuing to raise the SA flag internationally and in Africa to set higher standards for the profession. Our social responsibility programme will be enhanced to give back and support communities in need through partnership with key stakeholders. We intend to continue supporting our members and the profession to improve their skills and knowledge through webinars, workshops and support for institutions of Higher Learning.

We are ready and willing as the incoming leadership to serve you all and we need your support through inputs, criticism, and advises.
